Well, we finally got the kitchen inspected. What a relief. So we can officially open our "restaurant" Now what! Had a great group of cyclists last weekend (thank you Lisa Allers for your Blog comment). Friends of Gary and Mary Whitt, as well as my B&B guests enjoyed our first Mexican feast meal, chicken fajitas with lots of fresh sides. It was quite yummy we have to admit. The best part is all of the really nice people we have met since we opened the Merck. Stop by some time.
